How to Choose Between 37L and 45L
Start with what you actually carry. Lay out your clothing, shoes, toiletries, electronics and their cases. Compare that load with a bag you already use, then confirm the selected BANGE option’s usable space.
| Your packing need | Option to compare | Check before choosing |
|---|---|---|
| A smaller load within this range | 37L option | Confirm space for your bulkiest items and laptop case. |
| More clothing or bulky belongings | 45L option | Confirm external dimensions and consider the weight of your full load. |
| A smaller everyday bag | BANGE BG-3057 20L backpack | Compare its listed 46 × 30 × 20 cm dimensions with your essentials. |
Capacity is a comparison aid, not a guarantee that a particular packing list will fit. This listing does not confirm that every version expands from 37L to 45L.
Check Your Selected Backpack Before Ordering
- Select the color-and-capacity combination. The capacity appears in the option name.
- Confirm the chosen version’s expanded and unexpanded external dimensions.
- Measure your laptop with its protective case and compare width, height and thickness with the usable compartment dimensions.
- For flights, compare the packed external dimensions and total weight with your airline’s allowance for your ticket.
- Review the selected option’s price and availability before adding it to your cart.
Ask Essential For Travel for missing measurements. Include the color, 37L or 45L option, and your laptop dimensions or airline bag-size limit so your question is specific.
Pack for Easier Access
Keep heavier items close to your back, group small accessories together and leave frequently used essentials accessible. Use separately sealed containers for liquids. A BANGE electronics organizer can group cables and chargers; confirm its dimensions against the space left in your packed bag.
BANGE Expandable Backpack FAQs
Does every option expand from 37L to 45L?
The listing offers 37L and 45L choices but does not confirm that expansion range for every variant. Confirm the selected option’s expanded and unexpanded measurements.
Which capacity should I choose?
Compare 37L for a smaller load and 45L when you need more packing space. Choose using your actual belongings and the selected variant’s dimensions, rather than an assumed number of travel days.
Will my laptop fit?
Laptop storage is listed, but a maximum device size is not specified here. Confirm the compartment measurements and compare them with your laptop and case before ordering.
Can I use it as an airline carry-on?
Check the packed external dimensions against the cabin-bag allowance for your airline, ticket and flight. Neither capacity alone establishes carry-on or personal-item acceptance.
Why can the price change when I select an option?
Color-and-capacity combinations have their own prices. Review the price shown for your selected option before adding it to your cart.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This backpack is better than I expected!
I bought this backpack for traveling, and I’ve been really impressed with how much I can fit inside without it feeling completely overloaded. I can carry my laptop, clothes, chargers, documents, and other travel essentials all in one bag, which makes things so much easier.
I really like the different compartments because I’m usually digging around looking for something when I travel. Everything has its own place now. The backpack also feels sturdy and well made, and the waterproof material gives me some extra peace of mind when I’m caught in bad weather.
The straps are comfortable, even when I have the bag packed pretty full. I also like the USB charging feature—it’s convenient when I’m on the go and need to keep my phone charged.
Overall, this has become one of my favorite travel bags. It’s spacious, comfortable, and practical without looking too bulky. Definitely 5 stars from me
